The article discusses the problem of tax consequences for Russian business during a pandemic, measures to support companies affected by the pandemic. As well as measures that support the economy and entrepreneurship in a pandemic. In 2020, the Russian economy is facing the dire consequences of the coronavirus pandemic. Tax levies fell, but government spending increased, leading to a budget deficit. Small business is experiencing the worst pandemic. Restaurants, fitness clubs, private schools are losing up to 90% of their revenue and are afraid of the day when a general quarantine will be announced in Russia. To prevent an economic downturn in the country, the government was forced to develop a number of measures.
