Tax management in insurance companies and methods of optimization of the tax load

In this article some tax matters concerning process of optimization of the tax load are considered. Such concept as tax management of insurance companies is researched. Special attention is paid to a rassmotreniyuoptimization of the tax load on the transactions of insurance and also transactions which aren't connected with insurance. It is considered that tax planning in insurance companies is multiple-factor process which takes place four stages. The conclusion is devoted to methods of optimization of the tax load.
