The model of non-instrumental non-enzymatic test-system is constructed that uses carbon diagnosticum for the determination of the antibody level in immunized animals. This test-system possesses a number of benefits as compared with other well-known methods of immunoanalytical evaluation of seroconversion, such as agarose gel precipitation by Ouchterlony, Mancini's method and/or immunoenzyme methods.
