The possibility of nano-dimension covering using (10 nm≤h≤1100 nm) on amorphous hydrogenating carbon basis is investigated, amorphous hydrogenating silicon carbide and cadmium stanat for increasing solar-module and solar power collector energetic efficiency is investigated. The plasma-chemical setting and magnetron spraying methods for covering are used. The use possibilities are given: 1) the clearing covering for increasing maximum power and solar-module efficiency; 2) the cadmium stanat covering for increasing of solar-collector and green-houses;
