The article gives a brief analysis of the formation activity dynamics in the field of the nanotechnology in Russia and abroad. It also gives the assessment of the prospects of using fundamentally new materials created on the nanodostizheny basis, the implementation dangers and the ways of their minimization by creating regulatory framework.
