Customs service digital transformation directions

The article is devoted to the study of the areas of application of digital technologies in the activities of customs authorities. An analysis of foreign experience in building digital customs «Digital Customs» was carried out. The digital specifics of Dubai and Singapore Customs have been studied. Information justifying the need to use customs information technologies is given. The experience of the EEU member-states in conducting individual customs operations in automatic mode has been systematized. It was concluded about the advantages of using platform solutions in the activities of customs authorities, including in the process of providing customs services on the NTR platform and the work of a service for analyzing X-ray images based on artificial intelligence obtained using inspection and inspection complexes.
