In the article it is spoken about the basic channels of formation of corporate culture of the enterprises which consider themselves to be the organization of social responsibility. The necessity of introduction of ethical codes and ethical standards of the organization is analysed. The modern point of view at management of the socially-corporate technologies including both economic, and social programs of Russian scientists is considered.
