Areas and forms of cross-border cooperation in the border space of the Russian Far East and conditions of its implementation

The main object of the scientific interest of the author of this article is the process of the cross-border cooperation and its main features in the border space of the Far Eastern Federal District. The author demonstrates the specificity of interaction between the border areas and the states of the Asia-Pacific region and the North-East Asia. As a conclusion the author evaluates of the situation of implementing cross-border cooperation and defines the main directions and forms of the cross-border cooperation in the region.
