Directions and methods of state regulation of development of rural territories of a region in the conditions of Russia's membership in the WTO

The paper considers the main directions and measures of state regulation and support of development of rural territories in the Republic of Mordovia, It analyzes the activities, funding, and the mechanism for implementation of the State program for sustainable development of rural territories in the Republic of Mordovia for 2014-2017 and for the period till 2020 in the framework of adaptation to the conditions of Russia’s membership in the WTO.
