Printing is a branch of industry engaged in copying information in text and graphic form, by transferring it to a specific surface, using special technology. The products of this industry include newspapers, books, magazines, various booklets, brochures and much more. The article discusses the main trends and directions of the development of warehouse accounting in companies, in particular at a large printing company, as well as the features of functioning and emerging risks during warehouse accounting. The features of the warehouse accounting of inventory at the enterprise are described and aspects of the functioning of the warehouse accounting system at a large enterprise are described. Also described is the work of warehouse unit employees related to inventory taking, as well as to the risks of mistaken inventory accounting. The aspects related to the implementation of automated warehouse accounting systems at the enterprise are considered. The features of decision making on the implementation of an automated warehouse accounting system based on an audit of the enterprise by a third-party organization are described. The ways of introducing an automated warehouse accounting system and the attitude of employees towards the introduction of a new warehouse accounting system are considered. Separately considered issues related to the implementation and operation of automated accounting systems.
