The article deals with the existing forms of airlines’ integration, classification of which depends on the inflexibility and durability of integration relations: cooperation according to certain industrial / commercial functions, strategic alliance, commercial alliance, cooperation in the form of merger or takeover supposing full pooling of airlines’ capital. The soft forms of airlines’ cooperation are described. The author considers the factors that influence the purchasing behaviour of individual and corporate customers.
