The article designates main areas of such bank credit products modernization as: outsourcing, opening of the single customer account, development of the bank networking strategy, automation of customer services. Research of the loan products modernization in the Russian and foreign banks are presented, and the most relevant of them are considered. The author concludes that development of the new credit products will be successful if the products are adapted exactly for the Russian bank system, excepting the errors of the foreign banks.
