The article examines modern approaches to improving the energy efficiency and durability of hollow-core slabs of type 1PK63.15. An analysis of the influence of design, technological and material solutions on the performance of thermal engineering, moisture resistance, crack resistance and service life is carried out. Possible directions for modernizing the design of slabs in accordance with modern regulatory and operational requirements are substantiated. Solutions are proposed that are focused on regional operational features (in particular, the climate and seismicity of the Krasnodar Territory).
