Directions for improving the collection of customs duties in foreign trade

Customs payments received from exports and imports play an important role in replenishing the federal budget and, as a result, the development of the state and the financing of state programs. Due to the imposition of sanctions by a number of countries, there is a need to review trade policy and take a number of measures aimed at developing the collection of customs duties from foreign economic transactions. The article presents a brief analysis of the foreign trade of the Russian Federation for 2021-2023, and also suggests directions for improving the collection of customs duties in foreign trade.
