Pathways for enhancing business processes digitalization at uchkhoz minderlinskoye limited liability company

The purpose of this study is to develop directions for digital transformation of business processes in dairy farming at Minderlinskoye, LLC. To achieve this, the following tasks were set: analysis of the Management and Dairy Cattle Farming business processes, identification of key metrics for analysis (ani-mals, productivity, feed, health, and economics), development of an information model for the Livestock Farming dashboard for analyzing production data, and development of a Costs dashboard-a tool for visualizing farm expenses over a five-year period. The company's internal documentation and financial statements served as the information base. The study results revealed a low level of digitalization in the industry and a number of issues reducing its effectiveness: uneven animal productivity (average milk yield of 2,862 liters per cow per year), calf mortality, and excess feed consumption. A key issue is data fragmentation: despite the use of 1C software, many operations require manual labor, and reports are manually generated from disparate sources. Dashboard models based on BI platforms (Power BI and its Russian equivalent, Yandex DataLens) were proposed as a solution. For the Livestock Farming dashboard, a relational model was built using manual data entry in Excel templates, combining key categories: Animals, Productivity, Feeding, Health, and Economics. This system enables automated milk yield monitoring, feed consumption control, and detailed milk cost analysis. A Costs of Primary Production dashboard was also developed, providing clear visualization and interactive analysis of enterprise costs structured by industry, element, type of work, and item. Implementation of the proposed BI tools, even with the current low level of automation, will enable Uchkhoz Minderlinskoye LLC to transition to data-driven management, reduce operating costs, speed up reporting, and improve the validity of management decisions.
