This article examines the concept of financial inclusion in Russia. The directions for increasing the accessibility of financial services for Russian citizens and businesses are analyzed: increasing financial literacy through educational courses for the population, active use of digital technologies, and the development of e-commerce. The main consumers of financial services and the participants providing them are indicated: banks, insurance companies and the stock market.
