Directions for improving efficiency of the demography national project implementation

The article dwells upon the Demography National Project and its applications. Anindividual approach to every woman with a small child should be directly reflectedin modern social policy. The most important task in the formation of measures forthe national project implementation is the formation of a range of popular servicesfor vocational training and retraining, consulting support and assistance in returningto the labor market. It should be noted that the full development of services providingeducation for women is impossible without cooperation with employers, accessible formsof childcare and supervision, and without the participation of other family members inchildcare. The paper analyzes risks appeared and presents potential solutions.
