The use of a well-coordinated logistics system at the enterprise allows you to optimize costs, reduce the amount of expenses directed to the transport, logistics and storage systems. The higher the level of logistics management of the organization, the higher the company will have the quality of its products and, consequently, competitiveness. To improve the material and technical support of public catering enterprises, it is recommended to apply the following measures: assessment of the provision of organizations with material and technical resources in accordance with the norms for the consumption of raw materials and the need for equipment, based on the required production capacity, as well as optimization of the material and technical base of production; improvement of the production program of the enterprise; improving the quality of manufactured products; search for new channels for the acquisition of raw materials and materials, as well as finished products. In addition to technological tools to improve the level of logistics, catering enterprises also need to consider the possibility of increasing the level of staff qualifications. This will allow employees to acquire a new look at the concept of catering, master modern cooking technologies, and receive a number of master classes in cooking and decorating dishes. This event will contribute to updating the knowledge of employees, developing skills in preparing new products, including fashionable gastronomic trends, and much more.
