The ways of development of the ground segment remote maintenance small satellite

Currently, the results of space activities are being applied in various sectors of the national economy. The main directions used are navigation data and Earth remote sensing data. At the same time, an avalanche-like growth is observed in the remote sensing data market, nevertheless, significant penetration into many potentially possible industries is constrained by high cost, lack of the ability to quickly obtain data and an intuitive interface for interaction between the consumer and the remote sensing data source. These problems can be solved with the help of modernization of the ground segment of remote spacecraft maintenance, in terms of changing the approach to building infrastructure and in-depth modernization of algorithms for working with complexes that are part of the ground infrastructure and modernization of their interaction pattern. To ensure this, the article presents some areas of development of ground-based facilities designed for management, planning, reception and dissemination of information, as well as the development of design and operational tasks. The analysis and synthesis of the proposal is formed based on the experience of the operation of the small space satellite AIST-2D.
