Development trends of the health recovery economics market: post-pandemic aspect

The subject of the research is the approaches to the development of the economy of health restoration based on the characteristics of consumer behavior and classical approaches. An important feature of the study is a comparative analysis of the economic indicators of payback of the proposed solutions: classical and preventive medicine. As a result of the research, the following tasks have been solved: the subject area of the research is formulated and a conceptual apparatus is proposed that allows to form more accurately the subject area of the research (economics of health restoration); substantiated the need to identify several segments of the health restoration economy market; researched and proposed for use metrics for assessing the volume of the market, allowing to justify the attractiveness of the segment for a potential investor. As one of the reasons giving rise to changes in behavioral activity in the market, the work indicates information asymmetry, which is expressed in different degrees of awareness of the groups of sellers and groups of buyers-users of the product about the state of the market. Also proposed are general economic performance indicators related to the economics of health restoration at the macro level. The proposed approach allows us to consider various options for the formation of the health restoration market in Russia. The formation of a market for the economy of recovery is especially important in the post-pandemic period, as it allows to comprehensively solve the problem of the development of the most affected sectors of the economy, in particular tourism.
