Directions of development of socially oriented investment in the regions of the Russian Federation based on scenario forecasting

The standpoint of the need to achieve the national development goals of the country set by President of the Russian Federation, one of the significant tasks is the uniform growth of investment activity in all regions of the Russian Federation. Based on the scenario forecasting method, the author has developed and substantiated scenarios for the development of socially oriented investment in the regions of the Russian Federation, including such participants in the investment process as startups (start-up small and medium-sized businesses), state microfinance organizations and crowd platforms. These participants are not sufficiently involved in the investment process at the federal and regional levels at the moment, which leads to significant financial losses of a whole layer among business entities and financial institutions. The author's study of problematic areas of the development of socially oriented investment, taking into account regional peculiarities, proves its usefulness in terms of strengthening the activation of the investment process in the country.
