Directions of cooperation of the EAEU member states in the area of fight against pharmaceutical and medical counterfeit in the conditions of digital transformations

The article is devoted to the analysis of formation and implementation of t cooperation agenda of the EAEU member states on the protection of intellectual property rights in relation to the sphere of countering the circulation of counterfeit pharmaceutical and medical products, taking into account the factor of the development of electronic commerce. Particular attention is paid to study of the legal, strategic and organizational foundations of this cooperation. The author widely uses the comparative legal method, which made it possible to identify the degree of development of this international legal cooperation at the regional level in an integration format, as well as to determine its possible prospects. The article concludes that the further development of legal foundations of this cooperation between the EAEU member states represented by their authorized bodies should correlate with the formation of its special strategic foundations.
