Improvement of the mechanism of a system of formation and budget implementation of the region with use of information systems is considered on the example of Altai Krai. Creation of service subsystems of the electronic budget which will provide optional representation of information services to the organizations of public sector of management and to public educations will allow to increase management efficiency in the Electronic Budget system. When finishing budgetary appropriations, quarterly distribution of means in the directions of expenses of the budget, summary budgetary painting to GRBS, it is necessary to create the advanced mechanism of electronic document flow.
