Directions for improvement of institutions and legal framework for governance of state joint-stock companies

Russian institutions and law are not ideal. A considerable number of problems exist in the civil law and public law spheres. In particular, they exist in governance of joint-stock companies with federal and regional participation. In this scientific work along with the designation of the problem area directions for improving (development) institutions and the legal framework for governing companies with the participation of a state shareholder will be considered. Among them: unification of governance procedures; introduction of clear criteria for classifying joint-stock companies into a certain category; transformation of the institution of directives, etc.
