Directions of improvement of human resources in bodies of internal affairs

The article provides the concept and basic principles of the formation of the personnel of the internal affairs bodies. The legislative base of this aspect, namely the federal law “On Service in the Internal Affairs Bodies in the Russian Federation”, is considered. Based on the analysis of personnel policy in the internal affairs bodies, we identified shortcomings, on the basis of which the main directions for improving personnel policy were developed.
