Directions for improving the financial performance management system in construction organization

The article considers the directions of forming sustainable financial results using the example of a construction company. An empirical analysis of profitability and cost effectiveness indicators allowed us to identify trends in decreasing profits and profitability of a construction company, increasing operating leverage and marginal profit. As a result, key directions for the company's development were formulated, the implementation of which in operational and strategic management is the basis for forming a profitable sustainable business.
