The article considers the main features of the organization of labor of the enterprise. Not only the basic elements and functions of the organization of work are described, but also the scientific approach to this process is considered. Also in the article the main stages of the labor process and the factors influencing the decision-making during its organization are considered. The final part of the work is the study of such a process as controlling and its main tasks.
