The areas of production competitiveness management at railcar-building enterprises aimed at the competitive abilities improvement

The article deals with the pressing issues of competitiveness of Russian goods and businesses. The author discusses why there are no measures on improvement of the domestic economy competitiveness. The author considers the areas of business competitiveness improvement: market penetration, adaptation and direct protection of particular business aspects. Basing upon the analysis of the production management and the competition policy implementation at JSC "Ruzkhimmash" and JSC "Azovmash" the paper discusses how to improve the management of the production competitiveness.
