Adverb in the structure part of speech in Kazakh and other Turkic languages

This article discusses problems of development and formation of adverbs as parts of speech in Kazakh and other Turkic languages. The authors analyze lexical and grammatical characteristic features of the adverb as a part of speech in Kazakh and other Turkic languages. The article gives an outline of thorough comparative descriptions of scientific research works on Turkic languages devoted to the development of the adverb from the past times to the present day. Besides, the authors stress their own scientific views and ways of solving problems.
