Folk poetic character of proper name in English fairy-tale folklore

The article is devoted the folk tale features the British Isles, in the structure of which an important place is given to proper names. Fairy-tale toponims and anthroponoms reveal not only the semantics of the fairy tale, but also widely associated with its poetics, which should be considered in line with national traditions and national mentality.
