The development of small-scale energy in remote areas and the provision of small and medium-sized farms with energy resources is the "NATIONAL ENERGY CENTER" AS A DRIVER OF AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT. (Purpose of the study) Methodology for designing low-power energy centers of 20-100 kW, based on the principle of multigeneration. Creation of a regulatory and regulatory and technical basis for the creation of energy centers, taking into account optimal algorithms for the accumulation, recovery and utilization of energy based on materials with a phase transition. (Results and discussions)The creation of energy infrastructure in remote areas will create conditions for the development of new industries, raise production culture and reduce production costs, reduce losses and improve the quality of food.(Conclusions) The carbon agenda requires reducing fuel consumption per unit of production, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, which is directly related to the creation of efficient energy centers[4]. The main concept of creating energy centers should be: "Simplicity" of technical solutions, unification of nodes and the use of local energy resources.
