The history of daily life of the Orenburg province towns of the pre reform period in the narrative sources

The author, based on the analysis of narrative sources (late XVIII - early XIX c) considers the economic and social life, lifestyle and psychology of the Orenburg province citizens. Urban life descriptions are analyzed taking into account the social status and profession of the authors of memoirs, the genre of their narrations and the tasks of their literary work.
