Violation of the rules of trafficking in narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances by health workers

Introduction: the paper considers topical issues of responsibility of medical workers for violating the rules of turnover of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances and their precursors. Main purpose of the study is to show that the loss of drugs and medical staff is considered as a crime and to analyze the typical violations that lead to criminal liability. Materials and Methods: when writing the article, the author used the following methods: analytical, comparative, descriptive. Results: the author shares the point of view expressed in the scientific literature, according to which an act takes on the character of public danger, if there is a real threat to public health. Conclusions: under applicable laws and the practice of application of criminal Article the author comes to the conclusion that one of the tasks of medical staff is to avoid the loss of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances to observe rules of transportation, sale, destruction of narcotic drugs.
