Violation of labor protection requirements at the facilities of the military-industrial complex: issues of criminal law assessment

Introduction: the article examines the issues of the relationship between the criminal law protection of safe labor and the defense capability of the state. The authors note the importance of compliance with labor protection requirements in a broad aspect, analyze the ratio of the level of criminal law protection of private and public interests, and provide arguments for an increased degree of public danger of violating labor safety requirements at facilities of the military-industrial complex.
