Test on the violation of the oxidative modifications of the proteins and lipids under the cholestasis can help to estimate the degree of the hepathological syndrom. The use of the model biological systems in vitro, susceptable to various degrees of the intra- and extrahepatic cholestasis is perpective for the early diagnostics and motinoring. This can contribute to the understanding of the molecular mechanisms of the violation of the oxidative modifications of the proteins and lipids, their pathophysiological role in cholestasis. This will increase the informativeness and expressiveness in the evaluation of the hepathological syndrome.
