Violations in public procurement

In article in the direction 08.00.05 Economy and management of national economy the importance of public procurement for business and types of violations arising in the field of procurement is revealed. The content of the Federal law «On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs», regulating the procedure of public procurement, is disclosed. The main goals and principles of the contract system in the field of procurement are considered. Revealed the problems and conditions of corruption in the case of direct procurement from a single supplier. Analysis of typical violations arising in the implementation of procedures for concluding state contracts under the current Federal law «On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs» revealed typical areas of violations: poor filling of information about the purchase, violation of competition, misuse of funds, overcharging, violations in the procurement, etc...
