Violence against minors in schools and families in the city of Saransk

The paper presents the results of a survey of parents and students of secondary schools of the city of Saransk on the study of the sources and the extent to which physical and psychological violence against children has spread in schools and families. The focus is on identifying the differences in perception of violence by adults and children, which are examined in the light of the current stereotypes and social myths present in the Russian society.
