The heritage of swing in creative practices

Swing is traditionally considered to be the past, outdated genre of music, the value for "Stilyagi" formation and the past generation. But in spite of everything, the echoes of swing are found everywhere in various spheres of culture and logically fit into the modern cultural space. Modern society is largely based on the foundation of the past and unknowingly rediscovers "new styles" for themselves, exact copies or motifs of which remained in magazines, posters and records of the first half of the 20th century. This article describes this phenomenon.
