The article presents the results of the inheritance analysis of the trait of the plant and its components (average length of the internodes, their number on the plant, up to 1 bean and the fertile knots) from the Kuibyshevsky variety and its parent varieties Voronezh and Rondo. Experience was laid in the Samara NIISH in 2015. The studied varieties and hybrid populations of F1, F2 (Kuibyshevsky x Rondo and Kuibyshevsky x Voronezhsky) were sown manually in rows of 50 cm in length (plot area 0.5 m2) in a fourfold repetition. Biometric analysis was carried out on the basis of: the length of the plant and internodes, the number of internodes on the plant to 1 bean and the fetal nodes. It is established that the Kuibyshevsky variety occupies an intermediate position along the length of the plant in comparison with the parent varieties Voronezhsky and Rondo, this indicates the polygenic nature of inheritance of the trait in the variety. The number of internodes on the plant in the Kuibyshevsky variety revealed a monogenic character of inheritance of the trait. Analyzing the crossing of the Kuibyshevsky variety with the parent varieties showed that it possesses a recessive gene, like the Rondo variety, and the Voronezhsky variety is the dominant gene. The polygenic nature of inheritance is revealed along the length of internodes. The polygenicity of the variety is caused by the polymer. The number of loci involved in the manifestation of the feature in the Kuibyshevsky x Voronezhsky combination was 4 (the character of the 1: 4: 6: 4: 1 splitting), and in the Kuibyshevsky x Rondo-6 combination (the character of the 1: 6: 15: 20: 15: 6 splitting :1). In the last combination in the first generation of hybrids, super domination was observed (hp = 2.8).
