Testate succession: theory and practice issues

The present article describes various theoretical and practical aspects of legal relations regulation arising as a result of testamentary succession. The analysis of the judicial practice concerning the actual acceptance of inheritance as well as successors’ liability for the debts of a testator is given. Some scientific and practical recommendations to improve current legislation are proposed.
