Inheritance contract as a new tool of maintaining family enterprise

The article focuses upon the content of inheritance contract which is a new legal mechanism of transferring property by succession for the Russian system of justice. The authors study the existing norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and put forward recommendations for potential testators and their possible heirs on substantive content of an inheritance contract ensuring proper fulfilment of the will of a testator while transferring the existing family enterprise by succession as well as the interests of heirs.
