This article is devoted to the Institute of inheritance contract analysis of its legal structure. The article focuses on the shortcomings of some legislative innovations on the legal nature and content of the inheritance contract, and the need to adjust its provisions in order to protect the rights of the parties to the contract and the practical relevance of the said institution of inheritance.
