Scientific theory of technological structures and research directions of its practical application

Subject of the article is development of scientific theory, technological paradigms and research directions of its practical application, the object of study is technological way as a socio-economic and technological phenomenon, the aim of this work is to optimize the process of crisis management by accelerating the formation of the sixth technological structure in the economy to achieve this goal the following tasks: research the features and roles (entity) technological system in the real economy and social life; the scientific methods of the article are philosophy and methodology of science, functional and decomposition representation of complex systems, algebra of logic, search and normative forecasting, heuristic forecasting, expert methods, system approach, system analysis and synthesis, the scientific novelty of the work is associated with the development of the scientific theory of technological systems and the study of its practical use.
