Teacher's research activity as a condition of professional competence improvement

The subject of the article considers several development stages of theoretical and practical aspects of teacher's research activity and methods of professional competence improvement. As an example we propose the cooperation on the course project of a teacher and students of social science and arts faculty, specialty "Advertising". Our target is to demonstrate the impact the teacher's professional competence makes on the development of the crucial competences of the intending specialist.
