Senior pupils'' Research work as a way of person's education and socialization: from the work experience

The article describes the methods of supervising and wring the senior school girl’s research work, analyses the participation in the All-Russian youth works contest named after V.I. Vernadskiy. The author states that research education is a specific approach, based on the human natural desire to explore the surroundings. Its main purpose is to form pupil’s readiness and ability to master the new cognition methods in any sphere of human activity in a creative and independent way.
