The article draws attention to the problem of development of academic and social mobility of students in the integral educational process of modern higher education institution; the issues of spiritual and moral development of value-semantic sphere of the future specialist's personality; research activity as a system forming value and an environmental factor that ensures learning the content, text cultures and intergenerational experience in science and education; the problem of renewal of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the format of organized and controlled research activity on the basis of the philosophical and anthropological, system active, personality-oriented and value-semantic approaches.
