Scientific and methodological foundations of product quality assurance based on CALS technologies

This article discusses the main scientific and methodological approaches to the application of CALS technologies in industrial production. The conceptual model of CALS is presented, the basic principles of the CALS technology are systematized, the Basic technologies of data management and Basic technologies of process control in the system under consideration are determined. The necessity of using CALS from the standpoint of improving the quality of manufactured products is shown. The main modules of the production system based on the use of CALS technologies have been determined. The need for further scientific research and definition of theoretical and methodological foundations for the widespread use of CALS technologies at various enterprises in the context of building and developing a digital economy in order to increase the competitiveness of domestic products is substantiated.
