Scientific and methodological approaches in increasing the investment attractiveness of land resources

Investments in conditions of formation of innovative economy represent the major mechanism in creation of modern economic system. The efficiency of any industry is ensured by its investment. However, urban planning is not a popular object for capital investments. Therefore the state should promote increase of innovative-investment appeal of the ground resources on the basis of various methodological approaches. On a way of realization of increase of investment appeal of the earth the state faces a number of problems as investors are not ready to wait for a recoupment of the project many years, besides if it is accompanied by the big risks of financial losses.
