Scientific and practical tools of the rating «Ecology, Personnel, Government» (EPG rating) in the Russian economy

In the context of sanctions pressure, national tools for assessing companies that take into account national development goals have begun to be developed in the Russian Federation. The rating «Ecology, personnel, government», developed with the participation of the Financial University and key government agencies, has become both a benchmark and an opportunity for companies to receive state support, making it increasingly attractive for enterprises across various regions, industries, and scales. Since 2022, the rating has continued to expand and engage more enterprises in their direct participation in the next stage of ranking. The rating «Ecology, personnel, government» has stimulated the adoption of laws in several regions that establish the possibility of receiving additional support measures for companies that conduct their activities responsibly, while also serving as a criterion for identifying such companies. There is a consistent increase in the number of leaders who undergo surveys and achieve high scores in the rating, demonstrating their commitment to the national agenda of sustainable development. A number of electronic trading platforms are integrating the rating «Ecology, personnel, government» into their procurement processes, with this index remaining the only standard that can be applied in public procurement. The scale and reliability of the rating make it a universal tool for use in economic business support systems.
