Scientific and theoretical bases of placement of enterprises for the processing of agricultural products from local raw materials

The distribution of productive forces was formed on the basis of fundamental research in the natural and economic sciences, such as economic geography, planning and forecasting the development of the regional economy, economic and mathematical modeling, and others. The article discusses the main provisions of the theory of placement of agricultural processing enterprises. Also highlighted the general principles of location of enterprises and factors that may affect their placement. Certain conclusions are presented on the possibility of using any single theory in the conducted research.
